Our mantles have a front & sides and a top & bottom. They are hollow on the inside with internal bracing.
The components are glued & screwed together.

We use Western Spruce for our basic mantle construction. For custom wood requests, we also source
Cherry, Oak, Walnut, or any other specie that you may need. Call or email for pricing.

Measure the width from left to right and round off to the nearest inch. Mantle Pricing is based on the width
of the mantle plus any additional options. See the pricing chart located on our Home Page or any individual product page..

Our mantle depth (front to back) is 8”. For extended depth up to 12”,
up-charge is $60. For extended depth greater than 12”, call or email for pricing.

Two Options

#1- The Standard Mantle has a visible profile lip around the top & bottom. The most popular style.

#2 – The Flush Top Mantle – The top & bottom are installed behind the carvings, and has no visible profile lip around the top & bottom. The Flush Top Mantle is an up-charge of $65.

The Standard Mantle height is 9 ½”. The Flush Top Mantle height is 8 ½”.

We offer 16 different finish colors. See our color chart. Our most popular stain colors are the Early American, Honey, and Fruitwood. Color matching is available. Call or email request.

Yes, we manufacture many different and unusual items. Please either call or email your request, and one of our designers will discuss your needs.

We require 12 working days to manufacture the mantle.

We ship our products UPS Ground. On the day we ship, we will send you a video of the mantle and the UPS Tracking #.

• Either fill out the order form and send it back to us or call our customer service who will take your order and answer any questions you may have.
•  After we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation that will include pricing, a digital drawing of the carving design, and all details regarding the mantle.
• To confirm the order, send a return email approving the mantle and payment information.
• Finally, we will send you a ship date.
